1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Codegridz, the operator of INAT HABIT. Contact: support@codegridz.com. Address: Rz-207, Dwarka Sector-16A, New Delhi, India.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years to use INAT HABIT. Give accurate account details, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account is misused.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its security.
• Do not use INAT HABIT to unlawfully collect or process other people's data.

4. Your routines and targets

You are responsible for the routines, targets and products you choose. Nutrition, calorie, hydration, sleep and workout figures are estimates. INAT HABIT is educational and is not medical advice. See the Health Disclaimer.

5. Third-party names

Product names such as CeraVe are trademarks of their owners. INAT HABIT is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. External links lead to sites we do not control.

6. Ownership

INAT HABIT's software, branding and graphics belong to us or our licensors Codegridz claims rights only in original software, branding and visual assets that it or its contractors created and validly assigned to Codegridz. Third-party fonts, libraries, sounds, icons, photographs, illustrations, trademarks and other assets remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used only under applicable licences or permissions. The project includes third-party notices for bundled open-source components. Any asset without documented ownership or a valid commercial licence must be replaced or removed before release.. You may use the app for your personal use only.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You allow us to store and process it only to provide INAT HABIT to you. You confirm you may use anything you submit.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain or change the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end accounts for legitimate reasons such as breach of these terms, security risk or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Account deletion

Deleting your account removes your cloud data as described in the Account and Data Deletion page.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any mandatory consumer rights you have.

12. Paid features

INAT HABIT currently has no purchases or subscriptions. If they are added, pricing, renewal, refund and cancellation terms will be shown before any purchase.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and any non-waivable rights, courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We will publish updated terms with a new effective date and ask you to accept them again in the app where required.
