General wellness only

INAT HABIT provides general wellness, habit tracking, fitness, nutrition and skincare education. It is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Estimates

Calorie, macronutrient, hydration, sleep and workout figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Personalised routines do not guarantee results.

When to get advice

Seek professional advice before changing treatment, medication, diet or exercise when appropriate. Stop using a product or activity and get suitable advice if you have concerning symptoms, such as significant irritation, swelling, pain or an allergic reaction.

Skincare items in the app

The app lets you plan routines that can include a face wash such as CeraVe, a moisturizer, azelaic acid, tretinoin and sunscreen. We make no claim that any product will clear acne scars, pigmentation or any other condition.

Tretinoin

Tretinoin is a medicine that may need a prescription depending on your country. Do not self-prescribe. Do not use it in pregnancy, or when pregnancy is possible, without medical advice. Follow your clinician's instructions, which take priority over anything in the app.

Irritation and combinations

Retinoids and azelaic acid can cause dryness, redness and stinging. INAT HABIT never schedules the two on the same night automatically, but you should still follow your clinician's advice about combinations. Use sunscreen daily.

Responsibility

Accepting this disclaimer does not remove any responsibility we have under the law.
